Before using the WS Browser, you must carefully read and comply with the WS Browser User Agreement》 (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”). Please ensure you read and fully understand all terms carefully, especially clauses regarding exemption or limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Clauses that exempt or limit liability may be displayed in *bold font** and should be read closely.
By downloading, installing, using the WS Browser, or otherwise using the services provided by the WS Browser, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all content of this Agreement. You commit to accepting and complying with the terms of this Agreement. At that time, you may not claim that this Agreement is invalid or request its revocation on the grounds that you have not read the content of this Agreement.
When using the WS Browser services, you should be a natural person, legal entity, or other organization with full civil capacity and full civil competence. If you do not possess the aforementioned qualifications, you should use this software under the participation of your guardian, and you and your guardian shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom in accordance with legal provisions. Concurrently, the WS Browser reserves the right to restrict your access to the services and take necessary measures.
1.This Agreement is jointly concluded by you (the user) and the operator of the WS Browser service (hereinafter referred to as “WS”), and this Agreement has contractual effects.
2.Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the related services provided by the WS Browser are governed by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you should immediately stop using the WS Browser.
3.The content of this Agreement includes the main text of the agreement, legal statements, and various rules, announcements, or notices (hereinafter referred to as “Rules”) that the WS Browser has published or may publish in the future. All Rules form an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
4.Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the WS Browser may provide you with web browsing, acceleration, security protection, and other related features. Specific service content, usage methods, update rules, etc., will be announced on the WS Browser interface or its official website.
5.Due to technological advancements, changes in laws and regulations, or requirements from industry authorities, the WS Browser reserves the right to adjust its service content and standards and will provide a notice on the official website 7 days in advance of the adjustment.
1.Users must ensure that the equipment used is a nationally certified terminal device that meets relevant standards and guarantee that the device possesses the necessary system and functional environment for using the WS Browser (such as operating system version, network connectivity).
2.Users shall bear the responsibility and loss resulting from the inability to use the service normally due to the device not meeting requirements, abnormal network environment, or other reasons not attributable to the WS Browser.
Users promise to abide by national laws and regulations and this Agreement when using the WS Browser, and their behavior must meet the following requirements:
(1)Shall not transmit or publish speech or information that incites resistance to the law, undermines national security, subverts state power, or violates national unity;
(2)Shall not transmit or publish inappropriate content such as illegal crimes, harassment, defamation, insults, threats, obscenity, or vulgarity;
(3)Shall not publish any content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, and reputation rights);
(4)Shall not use the WS Browser to engage in any behavior that endangers network security, disrupts service operation, or steals data;
(5)Shall not upload or distribute content containing malicious programs, viruses, Trojans, or other elements that may compromise network security.
Users shall not obtain the source code of the WS Browser through reverse compilation, reverse engineering, cracking, or other means, or illegally copy, modify, or distribute the software.
Without the written consent of WS, users shall not transfer the rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party. The user shall be solely responsible for any liabilities arising from such unauthorized transfers.
To facilitate users’ understanding of service updates, feature changes, or security alerts, users agree that the WS Browser may communicate with users through in-app notifications, pop-ups, emails (if you voluntarily provide one), or other means.
1.The WS Browser is a free application and currently charges no download or usage fees. If paid value-added features or subscription services are introduced in the future, the WS Browser will notify users of the specific fee standards, billing methods, and the user’s right to choose through prominent methods (including but not limited to in-app announcements, official website notices) in advance.
2.If users choose to use third-party services integrated within the WS Browser (such as acceleration, cloud storage, AI services, etc.), they may need to pay relevant fees to the third party. The fee standards, payment process, and refund rules for third-party services are provided and managed independently by that third party, and the WS Browser bears no responsibility for this part.
3.Users should download and use the WS Browser through legitimate channels. The WS Browser shall not bear any responsibility for fee disputes, account risks, or device damage caused by obtaining the software or related services through non-official channels.
The WS Browser is a purely software product and does not involve the sale or delivery of any physical goods or services. Therefore, there is no liability related to logistics. If you are redirected through the WS Browser to a third-party platform to purchase goods, please carefully read that third-party platform’s terms of service. Disputes arising from third-party logistics or transactions shall be resolved by that third party, and the WS Browser assumes no responsibility.
The WS Browser is a software product and does not involve the sale of physical goods; thus, ** does not provide logistics-related after-sales service**.
If you encounter functional problems or have relevant inquiries during use, you can contact the WS Browser customer service team via the contact information listed in this Agreement. We will do our best to provide technical support and answer your questions.
1.Users agree that the WS Browser, during use, collects, uses, stores, and processes necessary information related to the service in accordance with laws and regulations.
2.Without disclosing the user’s personal identity, the WS Browser has the right to de-identify user information and use it for data analysis, product optimization, advertising placement, commercial cooperation, or other lawful purposes.
3.Users understand and agree that the WS Browser may share necessary data with partners to provide better services; however, WS will require such partners to comply with confidentiality and security obligations no less stringent than those in this Agreement.
4.Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or with the user’s consent, WS will not disclose users’ personal identity information to unrelated third parties.
1.Users understand and agree that the WS Browser and its affiliates only provide services based on the existing technical level and conditions, and make no express or implied guarantees regarding the continuity, timeliness, security, stability, accuracy, and applicability of the service.
2.In no event shall the WS Browser be liable for service interruption, failure, limited functionality, or user losses caused by the following reasons:
(1)Force majeure factors (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorist attacks, strikes, etc.);
(2)Hacker attacks, computer viruses, Trojans, or other malicious program intrusions;
(3)Incompatibility or failure of the user’s terminal equipment, operating system, or network environment;
(4)Abnormalities, failures, or interruptions of third-party services or systems (including but not limited to acceleration, plugins, cloud storage, AI services, etc.);
(5)Improper user operation or violation of this Agreement.
3.The WS Browser assumes no warranty or compensation obligation for any disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from third-party websites, applications, or services accessed or used by the user through the browser.
1.The WS Browser reserves the right to unilaterally modify or supplement the terms of this Agreement at any time based on operational status, service adjustments, changes in laws and regulations, or regulatory requirements.
2.Once the modified or supplemented content is announced via in-app notices, pop-up prompts, or the official website, it is deemed to have been notified to the user and shall take effect from the date of announcement.
3.If the user does not agree to the modifications, they should immediately stop using the WS Browser; continued use by the user constitutes acceptance of the modified terms of the Agreement.
1.If the WS Browser is unable to continue providing services due to changes in laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, or technical upgrades, we will announce it in advance and provide solutions within a reasonable scope.
2.Users may terminate the performance of this Agreement by uninstalling the WS Browser. Upon uninstallation, this Agreement terminates, but your actions prior to uninstallation are still governed by this Agreement.
3.If a user violates this Agreement, the WS Browser has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and reserves the right to pursue accountability.
1.The conclusion, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by local applicable laws.
2.Disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute to the competent court located in the jurisdiction of the WS Browser operator.
3.The right to interpret and revise this Agreement belongs to the WS Browser.
4.If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
